Undergraduate and Post-Baccalaureate Certificates are available. Students planning to earn a certificate must complete all course work at Capitol Technology University with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 (Undergraduate) or 3.0 (Graduate) in all required certificate courses. There is no limit on the number of certificates earned. Each certificate costs $25.00. Students are given an official certificate, as well as recognition on their official transcript.

Independent study is not taught. You are responsible for learning material ‘independently.’ The professor will proctor tests, grade assignments and submit a grade at the end of the semester. Please complete the student section, have the professor complete their section then forward or send to the Office of Registration and Records. You will still have to complete a registration form for the class.
This form must be completed and approved in order to waive a prerequisite.
Use this form to apply for a course or courses outside of your academic division.
Applications Due: January 9, 2015 for students attending May commencement ceremony.

To add, drop, or change a degree program, complete the form. The form must be signed by the Academic Dean or Department Chair before it will be processed by the Office of Registration and Records.
